We charge a 25 € fee for every arrival at the apartment after 19h30. (Please advise your lately arrival to the apartment while you make room reservation)

If for any reason, there is a flight or train delay, it's very important to contact us at this number from your departure point, so that we can organize accordingly. If you do not, you may have to wait longer than expected and you will incur an extra service charge (20€).

Don’t forget to call us as soon as you have picked up all luggage at Paris Airport or train Station (by car call us when you enter Paris)
