Please verify that you have the address of the apartment for rent, as well as the balance in cash (euros) for the payment of the apartment rental + 200 € for the refundable deposit (deposit only for furnished apartment or suite rental – refundable a the end of your stay in Paris) .

If for any reason, there is a flight or train delay, it is very important to contact us at this number from your departure point, so that we can organize accordingly.

If you do not, you may have to wait longer than expected to be welcomed at the apartment and you will incur an extra service charge (20€).

Once you’ve picked up your luggage at the Paris airport or train station, call us at the number above so that we will be able to calculate your estimated arrival time at the apartment (regarding the type of transportation you take).

One of our representatives will be at the apartment to welcome you if your arrival is within working hours. If no-one is there, don’t panic, somebody will arrive shortly (we cannot always guaranty to be there at exactly the same time as you, as the journey from the airport to Paris can be variable, depending on traffic etc.)

A representative of our apartment rental company will then welcome you in your furnished suite, answer any questions you may have, leave you a welcome note which will explain everything that you need to know. When all this is done you can proceed with the payment of the balance and the apartment safety deposit. Please be sure to have the exact change in Euros as we cannot give change.
